Do you provide a guarantee on your repair?
Yes. All domestic/ commercial appliances repairs are guaranteed for a period of 12 months
What is included in your fixed price repair?
Fixed price repair is broken down into three parts. The first is the diagnostic time – the technician will check your appliance and inform you about its condition, what need to be fixed and if it’s cost-effective to repair it. Labour for the repair is charged separately and if any parts are needed, you pay for them separately.
My fridge is over freezing?
The thermostat may have stopped working. It is not auto cutting the power with the compressor causing to over freezing
Do you offer same day appliance service?
Yes call us we will send our engineer immediately with 1-2 hour time
